Almost all of our products are custom-made dresses.  Please measure yourself carefully and choose your size when placing your order. We only accept returns due to product quality issues, we do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect sizing.

 

Returning an order

You can return the product through the following process.
1.Contact us via email at  support@kapzd.com, and state the reason of your return.
2. We check your order and provide you with a return address after you meet the return conditions, and we will provide you with the nearest return address based on your address.
3. Pack the item neatly and carefully and send the item.
4. We wait for the return package to be delivered and check the package contents.
5. Process refund or exchange for you within 5 working days

Returns Timeline



1. For products with damaged or torn dresses.   please contact us to obtain the return address, and contact the logistics provider at your own expense to refund to our return address.

2. We will wait for your package to arrive. We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be returned to your original payment account. During this period, if we find any problems, we will contact you through your email, please pay attention to your email inbox.

 

Cancelling an order

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Since our dresses are custom-made, once the 24-hour window has passed and we have begun production, we will no longer be able to cancel the order.

Lost shipments

If at least 2 days have elapsed since the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service via email at  support@kapzd.com and allow us at least 5 days to investigate the item(s) whereabouts with the courier service. If we cannot track your shipment after the 5 day investigation, the shipment will be declared lost and you will be entitled to a full refund or we will send a replacement if you choose so.

 

Refund process

The refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our warehouse and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund take 5-10 business days to process. Refunds will be made in the original method of payment.
